1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for faculty, administrative, and support roles
  • Create job descriptions, manage postings, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate with department heads for timely and strategic hiring

2. Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Supervise onboarding programs and orientation sessions
  • Ensure complete documentation, verification, and induction compliance

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
  • Organize engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and retention
  • Promote awareness of institutional HR policies

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration
